Abstract: AI coding assistants like Claude Code can write, execute, and debug code autonomously — but they don’t work with  Stata & Python out of the box. Getting them to talk to each other requires a deliberate configuration pipeline that most economists have never encountered.

This hands-on workshop guides participants through the full setup process step by step, so that everyone leaves the session with a working AI-powered Stata &Python environment on their own machine. We will also share practical tips from real research use, followed by open Q&A.
